Bilstein Algorithm
The Bilstein Algorithm is introduced to offer extreme performance capabilities of the TRX. The proprietary control algorithm monitors vehicle sensors and continuously adapts to speed, throttle position, braking torque, steering angle, and much more. The truck offers enhanced body control in both on-road, and off-road conditions.
Bilstein Technology
The Bilstein e shock comes with dual-valve technology that allows the system to infinitely adjust compression, and rebound forces at each shock absorber. The system will react, and tailor the signal being dispatched to each of the eight valves on TRX with enhanced precision. The technology works in accordance with the terrain, and driver input.
Each hose of the Bilstein e shock is protected by a braided stainless steel outer layer and sealed using a metal-to-metal process which is common to aerospace, and motorsports applications. It allows the hose to withstand temperatures of up to 275-degree Fahrenheit, accommodate pressures over 5800 psi, and prevent abrasion, and corrosion.
In addition, each shock is powered by a pressurized nitrogen gas charge in an independent remote reservoir. This allows extreme suspension articulation after freeing up room in the shock absorber for piston rod travel.
Besides, a secondary piston activates to prevent bottoming out as the shock absorbers approach full compression after a hard landing.
